In accordance with §5 of the German Digital Services Act (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz, DDG):
TuSoulMap™ is operated as a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) by Raúl Daniel Medina Moncada. It is not a limited liability company (GmbH) or any other corporate form.
TuSoulMap™ offers nine digital self-knowledge modules (TuSoulMap Personal, TuSoulMap Couple, TuSoulMap Career, TuSoulMap Yearly, TuSoulMap Family, My Sky, My Place, My Horoscope, and My Numbers), each focused on a different aspect of self-knowledge. Based on the data provided by the user (name and, depending on the module, date, time, and place of birth), each module generates personalized content using artificial intelligence and, in the modules where it applies (My Numbers, My Sky), using real mathematical or astronomical calculations processed before the AI interpretation. The content is delivered as a digital document (PDF or another image or document format, depending on the module purchased).
This is essential information and must be read before purchasing:
Price: 5.99 € per module, one-time payment, except for My Horoscope (see below), (VAT included per applicable German/European regulations), except for current promotions which will be expressly and truthfully indicated before payment. Payment is processed through a certified gateway (e.g. Stripe), compliant with the PCI-DSS standard. No discounts, coupons, or offer timers are applied that don't reflect a real, verifiable reduction from the usual price.
My Horoscope is the only module offered as a recurring monthly subscription (2.99 €/month), rather than a one-time payment. Billing repeats automatically each month until the user cancels. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the already-paid period — the user retains access to the service until that date, with no further charges. Cancellation can be done via the self-service link Stripe sends in the subscription confirmation email, or by writing to info@tusoulmap.com.
Once payment is confirmed, the system automatically generates the personalized content for the module purchased and makes it available for immediate download (in PDF or another digital format, depending on the module), and it is additionally sent by email. There is no physical shipping; delivery is electronic and immediate.
In accordance with §356, paragraph 5, of the German Civil Code (BGB), which transposes Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is extinguished for digital content contracts not supplied on a tangible medium, when the user has given express prior consent for the service to begin before the 14-day period ends, and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal by doing so. This consent is collected via a mandatory, unchecked checkbox before confirming payment. This also applies to the first delivery of the My Horoscope subscription. This right of withdrawal is distinct from the right to cancel the My Horoscope subscription going forward, described in section 4, which remains available at all times.
Since the statutory right of withdrawal doesn't apply (see section 6), we voluntarily offer a commercial guarantee: you can request a refund within 14 calendar days following delivery, by writing to info@tusoulmap.com. If accepted, the amount paid will be refunded minus 5 € in administrative and processing fees. The refund is processed via the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 days from acceptance.
The generated content is delivered for personal, non-commercial use. Its resale or commercial redistribution is prohibited. The "TuSoulMap™" brand and the brand of each module (TuSoulMap Personal, TuSoulMap Couple, TuSoulMap Career, TuSoulMap Yearly, TuSoulMap Family, My Sky, My Place, My Horoscope, and My Numbers), as well as all technology and graphic elements, are the property of Raúl Daniel Medina Moncada.
The data processed are: name and, depending on the module, date, time, and place of birth, email address, and payment data (handled by the payment gateway). Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
This service is not directed at minors under 18. By purchasing, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal, financial, or any other decisions based on the content generated by any of the modules, as described in section 3.
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
These terms are governed by German law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply to the user based on their country of residence within the EU. European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
