To generate your module, your name and birth data are sent to a third-party AI provider that processes that information solely to produce your module's text. This provider acts as a data processor (Art. 28 GDPR), not an independent controller, and does not use your data to train its models unless expressly stated otherwise.
We share your data, only to the extent necessary to provide the service, with the following processors (Art. 28 GDPR):
Some of these providers (in particular Anthropic PBC) are established outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In those cases, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) or another valid transfer mechanism under GDPR, as agreed with each provider.
Your data (name, date of birth, and the generated content) is not used to train Anthropic's AI models. We use Anthropic's commercial API, not its consumer product (Claude.ai) — under Anthropic's Commercial Services Agreement, content sent through the API is never used for model training, and is automatically deleted from their servers within a short period (7 days, per Anthropic's policy in effect at the time of this update).
The AI interpretation described in section 4 does not constitute an automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR — it is content for entertainment and personal reflection, not a decision that legally affects you.
We keep your data as long as necessary to provide the service and handle claims (up to 14 days for the satisfaction guarantee, and the applicable legal limitation period afterwards). Accounting data is kept for 10 years per German §147 AO. If you subscribe to marketing communications, we keep your email until you withdraw consent.
We use essential cookies for the site to function and, if accepted, analytics cookies. You can change your choice by clearing your browser's cookies and revisiting the site.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@tusoulmap.com.
You can file a complaint with the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz (LfDI RLP), the competent data protection authority for Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
This service is not directed at minors under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy occasionally. The last update date appears at the top of this document.
