Refunds and cancellations

None of our current modules are a subscription, so there's nothing to "cancel" in that sense — this is about requesting a refund.

In short: you have 14 calendar days from receiving your module to request a refund. We'll refund the amount paid minus a 5 € processing fee. There are no subscriptions to cancel — every purchase is a one-time payment.

Why it's not a free "withdrawal"

Each TuSoulMap™ module is digital content generated and delivered immediately. That's why, when confirming your payment, you expressly agree to waive the free 14-day statutory withdrawal right (under §356 (5) BGB) — you'll see a checkbox you have to tick before paying. In exchange, we offer this satisfaction guarantee, with its own terms described below.

How to request your refund

  1. Write to info@tusoulmap.com within 14 calendar days of your module's delivery.
  2. Include the email you purchased with and the reason for your request.
  3. We review your request — it's not automatic, but most are approved.
  4. If approved, you'll receive the refund within 14 days, via the same payment method used, with the 5 € processing fee already deducted.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there a 5 € processing fee?

It covers the real cost of generating your module (AI calls, payment processing and handling the request), which already occurred at the time of your purchase.

Can I request a refund after 14 days?

The guarantee covers 14 calendar days from delivery. Beyond that, write to us anyway — we evaluate individual cases, but we can't guarantee a refund.

What if I purchased with a gift card?

Write to us with the gift card code; we'll explain the available options case by case.
